Ten Reasons to Get Rid Of Microwave Ovens

From the conclusions of the Swiss, Russian and German scientific clinical studies, we can no longer ignore the microwave oven sitting in our kitchens. Based on this research, we will conclude this article with the following:

1. Continually eating food processed from a microwave oven causes long term – permanent – brain damage by “shorting out” electrical impulses in the brain [de-polarizing or de-magnetizing the brain tissue].

2. The human body cannot metabolize [break down] the unknown by-products created in microwaved food.

3. Male and female hormone production is shut down and/or altered by continually eating microwaved foods.

4. The effects of microwaved food by-products are residual [long term, permanent] within the human body.

5. Minerals, vitamins, and nutrients of all microwaved food is reduced or altered so that the human body gets little or no benefit, or the human body absorbs altered compounds that cannot be broken down.

6. The minerals in vegetables are altered into cancerous free radicals when cooked in microwave ovens.

7. Microwaved foods cause stomach and intestinal cancerous growths [tumors]. This may explain the rapidly increased rate of colon cancer in America.

8. The prolonged eating of microwaved foods causes cancerous cells to increase in human blood.

9. Continual ingestion of microwaved food causes immune system deficiencies through lymph gland and blood serum alterations.

10. Eating microwaved food causes loss of memory, concentration, emotional instability, and a decrease of intelligence.

**11.  Just standing in front of your microwave oven while it is on, especially if it is older model, exposes you to radiation and causes many of the problems listed above.**

Have you tossed out your microwave oven yet?

The use of artificial microwave transmissions for subliminal psychological control, a.k.a. “brainwashing”, has also been proven. We’re attempting to obtain copies of the 1970′s Russian research documents and results written by Drs. Luria and Perov specifying their clinical experiments in this area.

WOLF: Organized medical fraud in Wisconsin

Government doctors abandon their oath and target the public they serve

“I’m a doctor. Need a note?” read one sign held high near Dr. McKenna as he openly defrauded taxpayers. “We see a lot of sore throats from speaking out, sore feet from walking, a lot of people kind of chilly, under stress. We say the best thing you can do is be with a large support group,” said Dr. Sanner in a pathetic rationalization despite video confirmation that neither he nor his colleagues examined any throats or feet before making their diagnoses and issuing doctor’s notes.

Meanwhile, taxpayers and students are paying dearly. According to the Department of Education, two-thirds of Wisconsin public school eighth-graders cannot read at a proficient level. And yet, while the average total compensation of a Milwaukee public school teacher is a staggering $100,005 per year, these entitled teachers demand that taxpayers pay them, quite literally, to agitate for more tax money.

If this degree of financial fraud were perpetrated against health insurance companies, the doctors would face civil and criminal charges. Taxpayers deserve at least as much protection.

Providing blanket diagnoses and treatments without so much as examining a patient is a wild and dangerous departure from the standard of care. They were handing out these 'sick notes' quite literally by the boxful. I'm guessing the University of Wisconsin's printers were working double time for these. Should Wisconsin's taxpays foot the bill?

Left Coast Rebel's Tim Daniel and RightKlik name names. (Earlier this week, the University of Wisconsin scrubbed their website clean of these doctors but now have replaced it. A little memory hole and guilty conscience perhaps?)

Dr. Paul Hsieh, a fellow radiologist and co-founder of Freedom and Individual Rights in Medicine (and a friend), spots an alarming trend. The same type of "social activism" on display in this fraudulent 'sick notes' case is being taught now to medical students to set aside the needs of their patients and instead be active in whatever you define as "society." Be sure to read Paul's excellent piece: The Wisconsin Protests and the New Medical Ethics. When government controls medicine, they also control medical ethics.

Ann Althouse personally interacted with the 'sick notes' doctors and has much more here, here, here and here and captured this photo I reference in the column:

"I would have come yesterday but I had to work"

The fraudulent sick notes in Wisconsin has me fired up. Not only is it a black eye on the medical profession, it's an outrage that publicly-funded doctors would commit fraud so that publicly-funded employees can have a publicly-funded day off.

Organized Medical Fraud in Wisconsin

Government doctors abandon their oath and target the public they serve

By Dr. Milton R. Wolf -The Washington Times | 7:19 p.m., Friday, February 25, 2011

"Primum nil nocere." First, do no harm. This bedrock principle in medicine is a foreign language to most politicians and, sadly, to some Wisconsin doctors, who have violated their oath and the public trust as they have defrauded Wisconsin taxpayers.

Several University of Wisconsin family physicians donned their sacred white coats and were caught distributing fraudulent "sick notes" free for the asking quite literally by the boxful - I wonder who paid for that printing - to teachers and others who skipped work to engage in political protest at the state Capitol in Madison. Whatever the merits of the teachers' protest, there's a word for what these doctors and teachers are perpetrating: fraud.

An army of citizen-journalist bloggers, including Tim Daniels of Left Coast Rebel and Ann Althouse, captured and publicized photographs and video allegedly of publicly funded University of Wisconsin doctors Kathy A. Oriel, James H. Shropshire, Lou Sanner, Hannah M. Keevil, Patrick McKenna and Elizabeth Kvach as they disseminated these fraudulent notes to Wisconsin's publicly funded teachers so the teachers could have a publicly funded day off.
"I'm a doctor. Need a note?" read one sign held high near Dr. McKenna as he openly defrauded taxpayers. "We see a lot of sore throats from speaking out, sore feet from walking, a lot of people kind of chilly, under stress. We say the best thing you can do is be with a large support group," said Dr. Sanner in a pathetic rationalization despite video confirmation that neither he nor his colleagues examined any throats or feet before making their diagnoses and issuing doctor's notes.

Concerned Wisconsinites may want to contact the Medical Examining Board at the Department of Regulation and Licensing as well as the University of Wisconsin, which, evidently, has overfunded its family practice department sufficiently to send its staff to political rallies. Finally, medical malpractice carriers certainly recognize the medi- cal-legal liability accepted by these scheming doctors inherent in each of the thousands of new doctor-patient relationships they formed. Wisconsin taxpayers, I suspect, may not think their public university should pay for that liability exposure.

These University of Wisconsin doctors have violated the very core of the Hippocratic Oath: "I will prescribe regimens for the good of my patients according to my ability and my judgment and never do harm to anyone." Providing blanket diagnoses and treatments without so much as examining a patient is a wild and dangerous departure from the standard of care. These doctors do so, in their own words, to pursue "social activism" rather than patient care.

Dr. Paul Hsieh, co-founder of Freedom and Individual Rights in Medicine, spots an alarming trend: "[A] new form of medical ethics is being taught in medical schools that tells doctors to place the needs of 'society' ahead of individual patients. At best, it forces doctors to juggle the truth and the interests of their patients alongside 'social' considerations. At worst, it will give them license to sacrifice their professional integrity (and their patients' interests) in the name of 'society.' "

Americans should brace themselves for more social activism under Obamacare. Dr. Donald Berwick, President Obama's choice to head Medicare, advocates the alarming notion that "this isolated relationship [between doctor and patient] is no longer tenable" without government intervention. Central planners will decide who is afforded treatment and how much, and their primary concerns will be dedicated to society rather than the patient.

One glaring problem, of course, is that "society" is in the eye of the beholder. The University of Wisconsin's government doctors ordained that the society of government schoolteachers should be served but the society of Wisconsin private-citizen taxpayers should not. And that is the very essence of Obamacare - under which the powerful and connected can divide America into two camps: those who will find favor and those who will not.

Ordinary Americans who play by the rules and don't have special political connections deserve to be a part of "society," too. Thus read one sign displayed by a hardworking American taxpayer on the streets of Madison last weekend: "I would've come yesterday, but I had to work."

The Common Cold and Zinc Lozenges

Review concludes effectiveness for zinc supplements against common cold

The virus most often responsible for the common cold is the rhinovirus. There are more than 110 different types of rhinovirus, making it impractical to figure out which one is causing any given infection (Makela MJ et al 1998). Colds can also be caused by coronaviruses, adenoviruses, coxsackieviruses, echoviruses, enteroviruses, paramyxoviruses (including several parainfluenza viruses), orthomyxoviridae (including influenza A and B), and respiratory syncytial virus (Kasper DL et al 2004).

A number of published studies show that if zinc lozenges are taken within 24 hours of the onset of common cold symptoms the severity and duration of cold miseries are significantly diminished (Hulisz D 2004; Prasad AS et al 2000; Marshall S 1998; Mossad SB et al 1996).

Rhinoviruses attach to specific cell receptor sites in sinus and throat tissues, become lodged in the nose and throat, and then replicate out of control (Gwaltney JM 2002). By binding to the same cell receptor sites as do cold viruses, zinc inhibits the ability of rhinoviruses to take hold in the body.

The key here is to dissolve two 24-mg zinc lozenges in the mouth at the very first symptom of a cold and continue doing this every 2 hours (while awake). Once rhinoviruses bind to their receptor sites in the nasal tissues and begin replicating, zinc lozenges lose their efficacy. Considering how inexpensive zinc lozenges are, it makes sense to keep them on hand so that they are immediately available if cold symptoms manifest.

Vaccines ARE Germ Warfare

Vaccines ARE Part of the Dumbing Down of America

There is a vaccine for just about everything now. From the common vaccines issued during early and mid childhood, to the flu vaccines issues to adults. There are even vaccines now for HPV(Guardasil) and HIV/AIDS, and there are more and more being thought up and created everyday by the CDC/FDA think tank.

A lot of the ‘diseases’ that vaccines have been issued are in reality not diseases, but non-life threatening illnesses that can be cured with a proper diet, Vitamin D, and medicinal herbs. Many of the health conditions that we consider to be diseases, have been made so ONLY through the workings of the AMA, CDC, and FDA think tanks; So that vaccines and other dangerous pharmaceuticals can be created and marketed for the profit of Big Pharma.

We have been brainwashed to believe that we need a weakened form of a virus to prevent us from catching another virus—which is not true. Ask yourself the question: when you were vaccinated during childhood, which came first–the vaccine, or the chicken pox….I think most will answer the vaccine.

There is no definite proof that a weakened( live) virus can prevent one from becoming ill. Just about in all cases, even going back to some of the first issuing of mandatory vaccinations in Victorian England, the population was healthy pre-vaccine and became ill AFTER the vaccines were issued. The worst part of the scenario is that majority of the world’s ‘first’ and ‘second’ world populations are in a health crisis, all while after being vaccinated, yet very few seem to make the connection.

The truth is Vaccines, all made possible thanks to Edward Jenner, compromise our immune system for the duration of our lives after they are issued. Many of us who suffer from allergies, frequent colds, arthritis, etc do so because of vaccinations.

If more people knew the deadly cocktail that went into vaccines, more would protest them. Mercury, Formaldehyde, Squalene, Chick Embryonic Fluid, Aborted Fetal Tissue, are just a few of the ingredients of the macabre concoction that make up vaccines.

Vaccines have been proven time and time again to cause many of the childhood illnesses that many children suffer from which in some circumstances cause death. They have even been used as a means to cause sterilization and unwanted abortions in women in places such as Africa, Asia, and South America. And Autism has been proven beyond the shadow of a doubt to be caused by vaccines.

One thing that can be determined is that vaccines are indeed germ warfare. They took over where the smallpox blankets left, but were used against all peoples. If we learn to take back control of our health and rely on our bodies, a positive diet, natural herbs, and vitamin D; our children and ourselves will be in much better health.

UPDATE:

Since there are those who out there who still believe that those who reject vaccinations are mentally ill and would like to challenge whether or not they are safe, here are some books and articles from various websites that give more than enough evidence that vaccines cause damage instead of preventing it. And since we still need validation from ’experts’ and ‘professionals’   a lot of the commentary is from them.

House blocks funding for health care law (Updated)

By Catalina Camia, USA TODAY -  725Comments5Recommend

By Chip Somodevilla, Getty Images - Updated at 3:06 p.m. ET 02.18.11

The GOP-led House voted today to block funding to implement the nation's health care law.

The action came on several amendments to a must-pass spending bill that would pay for government operations from March through September.

Specifically, the House voted to prohibit any funds be used by the Internal Revenue Service to carry out the law's mandate that Americans buy health insurance. The individual mandate, one of the law's key tenets, has been struck down by federal courts.

The House also adopted an amendment by Rep. Denny Rehberg, R-Mont., to bar the Labor and Health and Human Services Departments from spending any money for the rest of fiscal year 2011 on the health care law. Still another provision adopted today would ban the government from paying the salaries of any federal employee involved in implementing the health care law.

Senate Democrats, who blocked a GOP effort last month to repeal the health care law, will try to remove these provisions when the spending bill goes to their chamber after the President's Day recess. President Obama has vowed to veto the House bill, which seeks to cut at $61 billion in federal spending for this year.

The tension over federal spending has led to a pitched battle over a possible government shutdown if Congress and Obama cannot agree to spending levels for the rest of 2011.

Our original post begins after the jump:

The House is beginning its fourth day of trying to write a budget for the rest of this year with a debate on blocking funding for the health care law.

At issue is a proposal by Rep. Denny Rehberg, R-Mont., who is trying to block any funds for the Health and Human Services and Labor Departments from being used to implement the law.

Unlike the GOP's failed efforts to repeal the law, the attempt by Rehberg to block funding is part of a must-pass spending bill to keep the government running past March 4.

The back-and-forth over spending levels for the rest of this year has added to the politically charged atmosphere over a possible government shutdown. President Obama has vowed to veto the House version of the spending bill.

Rehberg, who is also running for U.S. Senate, has vowed the House GOP majority will defund the health care law "one piece at a time."

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., shot back at Republicans for trying to overturn the law and take away more funding for prescription drugs for seniors, insurance coverage for young people under 26 and protection for people with pre-existing conditions.

"This is yet again another example of our friends standing up for insurance companies at the expense of the American people," she said.

The health care law, which would require Americans to obtain insurance coverage, was signed last year by President Obama. Republicans made repeal of what they call "Obamacare" their rallying cry in the 2010 elections.

The resolution that currently funds the government expires on March 4.

HOUSE PASSES AMENDMENT TO DEFUND OBAMACARE

WASHINGTON (AP) — In rapid-fire action Friday, the Republican-controlled House voted to strip federal money from President Barack Obama’s health care overhaul and from Planned Parenthood and to bar the EPA from issuing global warming regulations.

Upping the ante in the budget faceoff, the Obama administration warned that workers who distribute Social Security benefits might be furloughed if congressional Republicans force cuts in government spending.

In a letter the Social Security Administration sent to its employees’ union, agency officials said that while no decision about furloughs had been made, they were possible “given the potential of reduced congressional appropriations.”

The letter was circulated by congressional Democrats, who said such cuts could mean shuttered Social Security offices and delayed benefit payments. The letter’s distribution by Democrats underscored how the threat of jeopardizing Social Security payments is a potent political weapon.

GOP lawmakers accused Democrats of “irresponsible scare tactics,” and said their proposed cuts would not affect benefits or force the Social Security Administration to close offices. Any furloughs “would result only if that decision were made by the administration,” House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp, R-Mich., said in a written statement.

Republicans are pushing a huge spending bill through the House that would impose deep cuts on domestic programs.

The overall bill is the first step in an increasingly bitter struggle between Democrats and Republicans over how much to cut federal agencies’ funding over the second half of the budget year that ends Sept. 30. Current funding runs out March 4 and a temporary spending bill will be needed to avoid a government shutdown.

Republicans say the legislation would pare Social Security’s administrative budget by $125 million from current levels plus another $500 million from a reserve fund. Democrats say the cut would leave the agency with $1.7 billion less than Obama requested.

Much of Friday‘s focus was on GOP efforts to block implementation of Obama’s health care overhaul, which dominated Congress’ work in 2009 and was enacted last year. An amendment by Rep. Denny Rehberg, R-Mont., to block the health care overhaul money was approved by a 239-187 vote.

The GOP has virtually no chance of killing the law because of support for the program from Obama and the Democratic-run Senate, but House Republicans have been trying relentlessly to chip away at it.

“It’s a law designed by those who wish to control every health care decision made by health care providers and patients, by every employer and employee, by every family and individual,” Rehberg said.

Rep. Rosa DeLauro, D-Conn., said the GOP effort would “put insurance companies back in charge, further demonstrating the majority’s special-interest priorities and hypocrisy on job creation and deficit reduction.”

In Friday’s action, Republicans muscled through a proposal to block federal aid to Planned Parenthood by a 240-185 vote and won bipartisan support to reverse a proposed Obama administration rule that seeks to crack down of for-profit colleges and vocational schools. A proposal by Texas Republican Ted Poe to strip the Environmental Protection Agency of its authority to issue regulations on global warming passed by a 249-177 vote.

Taken together, Friday’s developments pushed the GOP-dominated House and the president even further apart as a March 4 deadline looms. It may make it more difficult to reach agreement if House Republicans become wedded to positions opposed by Obama and the Democratic-led Senate.

With a government shutdown possible if the spending measure isn’t extended at least temporarily, House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, inflamed the situation Thursday by insisting that the GOP-controlled House would refuse to approve even a short-term measure at current spending levels.

“Read my lips: We’re going to cut spending,” Boehner declared. Democrats immediately charged that Boehner was maneuvering Congress to the precipice of a government shutdown.

The GOP would reduce spending to about $60 billion below last year’s levels, mixing an increase of less than 2 percent for the Pentagon with slashing cuts averaging about 12 percent from non-Pentagon accounts. Such cuts would feel almost twice as deep since they would be spread over the final seven months of the budget year.

The Environmental Protection Agency and foreign aid accounts would be especially hard hit, while GOP leaders orchestrated just a modest cut to Congress’ own budget.

Some of the most politically difficult cuts, to grants to local police and fire departments, special education and economic development grants, were reversed. Amtrak supporters easily withstood an attempt to slash its budget.

But with the fiscal framework of the measure already saddled with a veto threat, Republicans mounted an assault on the administration’s regulatory agenda. By a 244-181 tally Thursday, Republicans voted to block the Federal Communications Commission from enforcing new rules that prohibit broadband providers from interfering with Internet traffic on their networks. The new “network neutrality” rules are opposed by large Internet providers.

Republicans then moved, on a 250-177 vote, to stop the Environmental Protection Agency from imposing limits on mercury pollution from cement factories. Supporters said the new rules would send American jobs overseas, where air quality standards are more lax or non-existent.

Republicans also turned back Democratic attempts to boost funding for the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, whose budgets would be cut sharply under the measure, to pay for responsibilities added in last year’s overhaul of federal financial regulations.

Social issues also came into play.

Rep. Mike Pence, R-Ind., a strong foe of abortion, sponsored the amendment to block Planned Parenthood from receiving any federal money. The organization provides a variety of women’s health services.

“It is morally wrong to take the taxpayer dollars of millions of pro-life Americans and use them to fund organizations that provide and promote abortion, like Planned Parenthood of America,” Pence said.

The debate over cutting off taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood Thursday night became heated at times. Rep. Christopher Smith, R-N.J., read a description of a graphic abortion procedure on the House floor, prompting Rep. Jackie Speier, D-Calif., to deliver an emotional retort in which she acknowledged having the procedure herself as her 17-week pregnancy was failing.

“For you to stand on this floor and to suggest as you have that somehow this is a procedure that is either welcomed or done cavalierly or done without any thought is preposterous,” Speier said.

Democrats said Planned Parenthood provides much-needed access to contraception, medical exams and counseling to women and that federal law already prohibits the use of government funds for abortions in most circumstances.

Rep. Nita Lowey, D-N.Y., said the GOP proposal would “make it harder to access pap tests, breast exams, routine gynecological examinations, flu vaccinations, smoking cessation services, cholesterol screening, contraceptives, and all of the other services that Planned Parenthood provides.”

Planned Parenthood: We Performed 134 Abortions for Every Adoption Referral

Earlier this month Planned Parenthood released their 2008 annual report. Yes, they are a year behind in reporting their information. Not so professional of them, I know. That aside, the numbers they put out reveal a shocking reality about their nationwide operation.

For every adoption referral from Planned Parenthood, they committed 134 human abortions.

The full numbers for 2008 were:

  • 324,008 Abortions of Preborn Humans
  • 2,405 Adoption Referrals (Planned Parenthood does not do adoptions themselves)

Low Vitamin D3 Triggers Asthma

Growing evidence shows that low vitamin D3 levels in children may substantially increase their risk of asthma and worsen symptoms.

In a recent study, lead author Dr. Daniel Searing and his colleagues at the Division of Allergy and Clinical Immunology at National Jewish Health examined asthmatic children up to age 18 and found that 47 percent had insufficient levels of vitamin D3 (blood levels less than 30 ng/ml) and 17 percent were fully deficient (less than 20 ng/ml). Black children had substantially higher vitamin D3 deficiency rates (86 percent). Dark-skinned people generally have lower vitamin D3 levels.

The study reached a number of interesting findings. For example, allergy markers such as immunoglobulin E levels and positive aeroallergen skin test responses were inversely correlated with vitamin D3 levels. That is, those with blood tests showing very active inflammation had lower vitamin D3 levels. Researchers also found that patients with the lowest lung function also had the lowest vitamin D3 levels.

It appears that vitamin D3 enhanced the inflammation-suppressing effects of corticosteroids, normally used in severe asthma cases. For a detailed discussion on inflammation and its role in many diseases, see my newsletter "Inflammation: The Real Cause of Most Diseases."

Other studies have shown that isolated white blood cells from asthmatic children were more responsive to steroids when vitamin D3 was present.

I would contend that the vitamin D3 level considered normal (30 ng/ml) is too low; perhaps if it were at 50 ng/ml, we would see less asthma altogether and have less need for harmful drugs like steroids. Read about other important vitamins you need in my special report "Key Vitamins that Save Your Heart, Prevent Cancer and Keep You Living Long".

Excitotoxins in the diet — such as MSG, hydrolyzed proteins, and natural flavoring — have been shown to significantly worsen asthma attacks and should be avoided. Studies also have shown that the lining of the air passages in the lung have numerous glutamate receptors.

Our young people live on junk foods filled with excitotoxic additives, and the incidence of asthma in children has increased 400 percent over the past two decades. We can turn that number around with better diet and more vitamin D3.

INCREDIBLE ‘SKIN GUN’ HEALS SEVERE BURNS IN DAYS

The name is slightly misleading, but the results aren’t.

It’s being called the “skin gun,” and if it takes off it could revolutionize how burn victims are treated. The invention, which looks and acts more like an airbrush than a gun, uses a patient’s own stem cells (taken from healthy skin), combines them in a solution in the gun, and then sprays them on the burned area. In the small number of patients that have been treated, the results have been nothing short of miraculous: skin that might normally take weeks or months to heal rejuvenates in days. And to the naked eye, signs of the burn are barely visible.

Developed by Dr. Jörg C. Gerlach (above), National Geographic Channel will feature the gun on Monday’s episode of “Explorer” (10 pm ET). Below is the segment:

[WARNING: Contains graphic images of second-degree burns that will undoubtedly make some uneasy. It's important to note, however, that the burns shown are not those of the man featured -- they are used as representations of what his burns might have looked like.]

Is The Obama Administration Throwing Us Into a Constitutional Crisis Over Health Care?

President Barack ObamaAre we we experiencing a quiet constitutional crisis?

It’s well known that Judge Roger Vinson ruled yesterday that the individual mandate exceeded the powers of the federal government under the Commerce Clause. But he also ruled that because the law lacked a severability clause and the law’s proponents had argued that the individual mandate was a necessary part of the scheme, the entire law was invalid.

Wesley J. Smith explains the implications:

That means that under the ruling, the law is void and cannot be implemented from this point forward. The Administration’s legal remedy is to seek a stay of the ruling pending appeal. It cannot just defy a federal court ruling. If it tries, the plaintiffs should go to court for the injunction and/or seek an order of contempt against the administration. Pretending that the ruling doesn’t change anything when it unequivocally does, would be both a petulant and extra-legal approach to governance.

So has the Obama administration halted the implementation of the law? The answer is: No.

The website of the White House is unambiguous about this: “Implementation will continue.”

Vinson’s decision did not include an injunction to stop the implementation of health care reform on the grounds that an injunction would be superfluous. He argued that the government would stop implementing the law automatically once it was announced as unconstitutional.

That, apparently, hasn’t happened.

So here’s a question: should government officials mindful of the constitution start defying the Obama administration to honor the decision by the court? If, say, you were charged with monitoring the computers that send out rebate checks to seniors with high prescription drug costs, should you turn off the computer?

Much of this is probably theoretical. Most of the law did not yet apply, so implementation was minimal. But if you were working on implementing the law, shouldn’t you be obligated to stop work?

“Pencils down” as we used to say back when an M&A deal fell apart.

Our Stubborn Constitution Versus Obamacare

Excerpt:

As the nation's biggest circuit, representing most of the western United States, it should come as no surprise that the 9th Circuit has more cases heard before the Supreme Court than any other jurisdiction -- in turn resulting in more reversals. But the latest string of rulings is unusual even for the 9th, which often is at odds with conservatives on the Supreme Court. The fact that the rulings were unanimous can be seen as a signal from on high that the circuit needs to get in line.

Take a Hint? Supreme Court Rejects 5 Rulings in a Row From West Coast Bench By Judson Berger Published February 02, 2011 | FoxNews.com The Supreme Court may be sending a message to one of the country's most liberal appeals courts, unanimously overturning five consecutive cases out of the 9th Circuit in less than a week. · Senate Rejects Full ObamaCare Repeal; Votes To Kill ‘1099’ Provision

As expected, all 47 Senate Republicans voted Wednesday to repeal the sweeping health law, but no Democratic members joined them, leaving the GOP well short of the 60 needed to pass. But the bill, which easily cleared the GOP-led House last month, forced vulnerable Senate Dems to once again back the controversial legislation. Meanwhile, the Senate voted 81-17 to roll back the much-hated “1099” tax-reporting requirement. The obscure ObamaCare provision would have required companies, starting in 2012, to file a 1099 tax form every time they make cumulative purchases of $600 or more from any business.

How did Obama ever think that his program would pass constitutional muster? How could he imagine that the Interstate Commerce clause could cover something that wasn’t interstate (health insurance cannot be sold over state lines) and wasn’t commerce (failure to buy insurance is not commerce) would stand up in court? He was so sure that he would win any constitutional challenge that he arrogantly failed to put a severability clause in the bill so that it would survive even if parts were stricken down. The decision of the Florida District Court may or may not prevail in the Circuit Court....

A Warrior of fitness named Jack

So Fair D-Boy or DevGru operator; ODA  member or SEAL;  PJ or  MARSOC  man; MSST Guardsman  or   Force Marine.. Let alone you other fit HRT,    Secret Service and Agency SAD types... Think your fairly fit ? Hmmm?

clip_image001

When it comes to fitness and Longevity  who is tops,  just know that the late great  Francois Henri "Jack" LaLanne (September 26, 1914 - January 23, 2011) was an American fitness, exercise, and nutritional expert and motivational speaker who is sometimes called "the godfather of fitness" and the "first fitness superhero.

He was a honorable serving sailor with  U.S. Navy in World War  II and a special force in physical nature. Due to an accident in his teens leaving him with a bum knee,  he could not do a full squat.  Though he so impressed the doctors with his push-ups and handstands , skirted by the induction medical personnel and gained an enlistment. looked like a body builder his 3 hour daily regime was not about steroids and showing off.  he regularly did  hi rep weight  circuits with double his body weight until he was into his late seventies. He influenced a whole lot of American citizens to be fit and American operators to be fitter and eat better. He was unbeatable at what he preached and did. SEALs talk of their Rudy Boesch as the fittest frogman to span many decades of SEAL operating;  Like Rudy,  Jack LaLanne's humility did not have him boast of his feats -- though no one ever out did jack in push-ups of any kind!  Even then he think of thought of his old training buddy the also late, great Walt Stack as the fittest man ( see interview with Jack in Playboy magazine  mid 1980's  where he refers to the late great Walt Stack as the fittest man..)

Nevertheless, Jack outlived outlived Walt -  and while he aged,  Jack's feats surpassed  most of the fittest special operators, SEALs and PJ's included. So when you throw in the towel for retirement at 38 step up to the plate and see if youc an maintain what he did until  ages 70...and 96 years old.

  • 1954 (age 40): swam the entire length (8,981 ft/1.7 mi) of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, under water, with 140 pounds (64 kg; 10 st) of air tanks and other equipment strapped to his body; a world record.
  • 1955 (age 41): swam from Alcatraz Island to Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco while handcuffed. When interviewed afterwards he was quoted as saying that the worst thing about the ordeal was being handcuffed, which significantly reduced his chance to do a jumping jack.
  • 1956 (age 42): set a world record of 1,033 push-ups in 23 minutes on You Asked For It,[31] a television program hosted by Art Baker.
  • 1957 (age 43): swam the Golden Gate channel while towing a 2,500-pound (1,100 kg; 180 st) cabin cruiser. The swift ocean currents turned this one-mile (1.6 km) swim into a swimming distance of 6.5 miles (10.5 km).
  • 1958 (age 44): maneuvered a paddleboard nonstop from Farallon Islands to the San Francisco shore. The 30-mile (48 km) trip took 9.5 hours.
  • 1959 (age 45): did 1,000 star jumps and 1,000 chin-ups in 1 hour, 22 minutes and The Jack LaLanne Show went nationwide.
  • 1974 (age 60): For the second time, he swam from Alcatraz Island to Fisherman's Wharf. Again, he was handcuffed, but this time he was also shackled and towed a 1,000-pound (450 kg; 71 st) boat.
  • 1975 (age 61): Repeating his performance of 21 years earlier, he again swam the entire length of the Golden Gate Bridge, underwater and handcuffed, but this time he was shackled and towed a 1,000-pound (450 kg; 71 st) boat.
  • 1976 (age 62): To commemorate the "Spirit of '76", United States Bicentennial, he swam one mile (1.6 km) in Long Beach Harbor. He was handcuffed and shackled, and he towed 13 boats (representing the 13 original colonies) containing 76 people.[32]
  • 1979 (age 65): towed 65 boats in Lake Ashinoko, near Tokyo, Japan. He was handcuffed and shackled, and the boats were filled with 6,500 pounds (2,900 kg; 460 st) of Louisiana Pacific wood pulp.[33]
  • 1980 (age 66): towed 10 boats in North Miami, Florida. The boats carried 77 people, and he towed them for over one mile (1.6 km) in less than one hour.
  • 1984 (age 70): handcuffed, shackled, and fighting strong winds and currents, towed 70 rowboats, one with several guests, from the Queen's Way Bridge in the Long Beach Harbor to the Queen Mary, 1 mile

( For the record: as a fit warrior , the  father of Special Forces, Aaron Bank, after he retired at age 50 ...swam  in the ocean around San Clemente, Ca.  Pier near daily until he was 75, going on  to live and worked out till 101  fit as a fiddle )  So keep it up Operators!

Florida Ruling Requires Government to Stop Implementing Obamacare

Posted by Ilya Shapiro

As I continue digesting Judge Vinson’s ruling, I notice two key things beyond the facts that the “individual mandate is unconstitutional”:

1.  In performing his severability analysis — determining which parts of the overall legislation survive — the judge threw out all of Obamacare:

In sum, notwithstanding the fact that many of the provisions in the Act can stand independently without the individual mandate (as a technical and practical matter), it is reasonably “evident,” as I have discussed above, that the individual mandate was an essential and indispensable part of the health reform efforts, and that Congress did not believe other parts of the Act could (or it would want them to) survive independently. I must conclude that the individual mandate and the remaining provisions are all inextricably bound together in purpose and must stand or fall as a single unit. The individual mandate cannot be severed. This conclusion is reached with full appreciation for the “normal rule” that reviewing courts should ordinarily refrain from invalidating more than the unconstitutional part of a statute, but non-severability is required based on the unique facts of this case and the particular aspects of the Act. This is not a situation that is likely to be repeated.

2.  In discussing whether to issue an injunction – a judicial command to do or refrain from doing something — the judge determined that his declaratory judgment in this context was the same as an injunction.  That is, a federal court saying that a piece of legislation is unconstitutional is effectively the same as a decision mandating the government to act:

Declaratory judgment is, in a context such as this where federal officers are defendants, the practical equivalent of specific relief such as an injunction . . . since it must be presumed that federal officers will adhere to the law as declared by the court.  [Quoting a D.C. Circuit opinion written by none other than then-Judge Antonin Scalia]

In short, if I read the opinion (plus this final judgment) correctly — quite apart from both the lofty philosophical principles I applaud Judge Vinson for adopting and the nitty-gritty technical details of his individual mandate analysis — Obamacare is dead in its tracks.  Now, Judge Vinson himself or the Eleventh Circuit (or even the Supreme Court) may issue an emergency stay of this or any other part of the ruling, but as of right now, the federal government must stop implementing Obamacare.

NB: The New York Times and Washington Post report that Judge Vinson has already stayed his own ruling pending appeal, but this is an incorrect reading of the opinion, for the reasons stated above.  Moreover, the court’s docket, which is now closed for the day, contains no such stay — nor has plaintiffs’ counsel received notice of one.

‘Planned Parenthood’ Aids Pimp's Underage Sex Ring (Updated)

This is disgusting, disturbing, and highly illegal. But since Planned Parenthood is involved, I'm not surprised in the least. Hopefully, America's justice system will not only get the felonious employees of Planned Parenthood the prison time they deserve, but that said prison time will serve as a deterrent to other Planned Parenthood employees from enabling, and advising, illegal sex slavery criminals, so as to help cover up the sex slavery of daughters and sisters of Americans and other people worldwide.

Planned Parenthood looks more and more like a criminal enterprise itself; they should be treated as such. Organized crime seems like an appropriate label...

There's not much else that needs to be said about the video clip. You MUST watch this:

Apparently, the lady was fired, presumably for allowing herself to be caught on a YouTube video. After all, Planned Parenthood has a multi-Billion-Dollar INFANTICIDE racket they obviously wish to protect:

UPDATE: PLANNED PARENTHOOD EMPLOYEE FIRED OVER FAKE PIMP VID

Posted on February 2, 2011 at 11:06am by Jonathon M. Seidl
Shocking undercover video emerged yesterday of a New Jersey Planned Parenthood manager coaching a fake pimp and prostitute on how to bypass reporting laws and suggesting how the couple could run their child prostitution ring. While Planned Parenthood initially defended itself (by saying it had reported the U.S. Attorney General), yesterday afternoon it said it would take appropriate action. By last night, we found out what that action would be: the group has fired the manager.

The manager, identified in the video as Amy Woodruff, advised the couple to lie about their young prostitutes‘ age and even explained how the girls could be used to entice customers if they couldn’t have sex.

“We were profoundly shocked when we viewed the videotape released [Tuesday] morning, which depicted an employee of one of our health centers behaving in a repugnant manner that is inconsistent with our standards of care and is completely unacceptable,” Phyllis Kinsler, executive director of Planned Parenthood of Central Jersey, said in a statement released at 10:20 p.m, NJ.com reports.

“We have a zero tolerance policy for this kind of behavior, and the employee in the video was immediately suspended from her duties [Tuesday] morning and was terminated [Tuesday] evening,” Kinsler said. “We are fully committed to delivering high-quality reproductive health care to the women of our communities, complying with all laws, and upholding the highest ethical standards.”

Still, NJ.com says Kinsler questioned the editing of the group behind the video, Live Action. In response to that criticism, the group has released the full, unedited footage of the undercover operation.
NJ.com says the NJ Attorney General Paula Dow asked the Division of Criminal Justice to investigate whether the manager should face legal action. “At first glance, I find these allegations to be very disturbing,” she said in a statement. Additionally, her spokesman said Gov. Chris Christie’s office as well as some legislators had referred the matter to her attention.

“New Jersey taxpayers and every state and federal elected official and law enforcement agency throughout this country should be outraged,” Marie Tasy of New Jersey Right to Life told NJ.com, adding that Planned Parenthood does not deserve taxpayer funding.

Last year, Christie cut state aid to 58 family-planning facilities across New Jersey.
